Pauline founded KAIROS to empower fellow inheritors and family stewards to become leaders of change by aligning what they stand for with how they deploy their capital.
Drawing on a decade of experience in the philanthropic and impact sectors, Pauline's work combines systems thinking with responsible stewardship. As a 5th-generation member of a Finnish industrial family, she understands what it takes to navigate the complexity of inherited wealth—and how powerful it becomes when channeled with purpose.
Pauline serves on the board of the Eva Ahlström Foundation, and hold degrees in Strategic Marketing and Operational Philanthropy from Imperial College London and the University of Geneva.
